All payments are processed in a secure banking environment of the National Bank of Greece (NBG).

MILQ does not store or process full card details.

Invoicing / Tax Documents

Each cooperating store bears exclusive responsibility for issuing the lawful tax document (retail receipt or invoice) relating to the sale of products to the consumer, in accordance with the applicable tax legislation.

MILQ does not issue tax documents for the value of the products, as it is not the seller thereof.

Where shipping fees are charged through the platform, MILQ may issue the corresponding tax document relating exclusively to the provision of transportation/shipment organization services, where applicable.

Important Information

MILQ acts as a collection agent on behalf of the merchants.
