MilQ is a Greek fashion marketplace that connects consumers with local brick-and-mortar fashion and lifestyle shops in Athens. It isn't a generic product supermarket — it's a platform built exclusively for the needs of local fashion shops.

It's for shops that want to reach a new audience, increase their sales and compete effectively with the big brands — without investing in expensive systems or technology teams.

MilQ gives you access to an additional sales channel with no subscription cost and no risk. Specifically:

• New audience: Reach buyers who don't know you yet — and who are actively looking for products near them.
• Marketing at no cost: MilQ promotes your shop and your products to its audience.
• AI tools: Automatic product image enhancement and SEO from the platform.
• Support: A dedicated support team for you — technical and business.
• Community: Together we build a community of local shops to compete with the big players.

Your eshop is mostly visited by people who already know you. MilQ brings you in front of people who don't know your shop yet — it's a completely new sales channel.

In addition:

• An eshop requires constant technical maintenance and hosting costs. On MilQ you update products, stock and prices yourself from your dashboard — and technical support is provided by us for free.
• If you already have an up-to-date eshop, you can upload your products in bulk with an XML file — no need to enter them one by one.

MilQ doesn't replace your eshop — it complements it. It's an additional source of income with no extra risk or cost.

Large generic platforms sell everything — from clothes to refrigerators. On MilQ we are exclusively fashion and lifestyle. You don't get lost among thousands of irrelevant products. Our platform was designed from the ground up for products like yours, so it showcases them properly.

At MilQ we also have a different philosophy: we believe in our shops and trust them as our partners. We don't hide the stores — we highlight them. We bring your shop to the foreground, because we know that if you succeed, we succeed too.

During registration, your tax details (tax office, company name, legal form, business activity codes, etc.) are filled in automatically by AADE as soon as you enter your VAT number. You then add your shop details and your contact information.

A mandatory step is creating a Viva account — a link is sent during registration and Viva runs a separate KYB process that takes just a few minutes. If you already have a Viva account, you don't need to create a new one.

With the link you receive, you connect your account to MilQ's Viva account so you can receive payments automatically.

To become a MilQ member you need:

• An active business VAT number.
• A physical shop or showroom accessible to customers.
• Products from the fashion and lifestyle sectors.

At MilQ we value effort and quality. We review each application individually because we want to build a community of shops that genuinely care for their customers and offer curated products. We don't add everyone — we choose partners.

The process is simple and fast:

• Profile creation: ~3 minutes — your details are filled in automatically by AADE. You fill in your shop details and your contact information.
• Connecting a payments account (Viva): ~5 minutes. You create your own corporate Viva account for your legal entity.
• Approval by MilQ: 2–3 business days (including Viva verification).

Once approved, you can start uploading products right away:

• Adding a product: ~4 minutes per product.
• Updating stock or price: ~1 minute.

If you already have an eshop with up-to-date products, you can upload them in bulk with XML — saving significant time.

No. There is no subscription or monthly fee from MilQ. MilQ keeps only a commission on your sales through its platform. For information about the financial partnership, contact us at merchant@milq.gr.

MilQ offers different AI tools that improve the presentation of your products (image) and SEO (search results on Google). For now, MilQ manages the AI tools for product image optimisation on your behalf, to make sure there is no distortion of the product's characteristics before publishing.

Magic AI is a tool you operate yourself through product creation, and it automatically generates a product description based on the details you have filled in. We recommend editing the text afterwards and correcting any inaccuracies. Don't accept AI changes or descriptions without checking them first.
