MILQ cooperates with courier companies (such as EasyMail) for deliveries within Greece.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

 

  • 1–3 business days within Attica

  • 3–7 business days outside Attica

Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by:

  • Force majeure

  • Strikes

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

 

Shipping Cost

 

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart before the order is completed.

The total amount (products + shipping costs, where applicable) is clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

If an order includes products from more than one store, shipping costs may vary per store or per parcel and are displayed in detail prior to checkout.

 

In-Store Pick-Up (Pick-Up Option)

 

Selected stores offer the option of in-store pick-up.

Where this option is available:

  • The order is collected directly from the physical store.

  • No shipping charges apply.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

Collection must take place within the time period specified by the respective store.

 

Orders from Multiple Stores

 

Your order may include products from different stores.

In such cases:

  • Shipments may be carried out separately

  • Delivery times may vary

  • Shipping costs are displayed in detail before completing the purchase

 

Responsibility

 

Each store bears exclusive responsibility for:

  • Proper performance of the sales contract

  • Product conformity

  • Timely delivery or availability for pick-up

  • Issuance of lawful tax documents
