At MILQ, we bring together fashion and lifestyle products from independent local stores and boutiques. MILQ does not manufacture, own, or sell the products displayed on the platform. Each product is offered and sold directly by the respective seller/store.

All sellers joining MILQ go through a verification process and are selected based on criteria such as having a physical retail presence and offering curated fashion and lifestyle products. However, MILQ cannot guarantee the quality, authenticity, durability, composition, availability, or suitability of any product and bears no responsibility for the products themselves, as these remain under the sole responsibility of the seller.

Product descriptions, images, sizes, colors, compositions, and other information are provided by the sellers. While MILQ makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and updated information, slight differences in color, texture, fit, or appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings, lighting conditions, or product updates by the seller.

Sizes & Fit

Fashion brands around the world may use different sizing systems, including EU, FR, IT, UK, US, INT, or other international standards.

To simplify your shopping experience, MILQ displays product sizes primarily in EU sizing. As a result, the size selected on the platform may differ from the size written on the product’s physical tag or packaging. For example, a product displayed as EU 38 on MILQ may arrive labeled as IT 42 or FR 40, depending on the brand’s original sizing system.

This does not mean the wrong size was sent. The fit and corresponding equivalent size remain the same according to standard international size conversions.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review available size information and product details before placing an order. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend contacting the seller or MILQ customer support before purchase.

Availability

Products displayed on MILQ are sold simultaneously in physical stores and may occasionally become unavailable before stock information is updated. Although sellers are required to regularly update their inventory, availability cannot always be guaranteed in real time.

In the event a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed and refunded according to the applicable refund policy.
